REFUND POLICY
At DiceVice, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the EverGrip™, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. REFUND OR EXCHANGE PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. The product must be returned to us within this 30-day period.
2. PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the EverGrip™ must be returned in its original packaging and in a usable condition. The product can be used but not damaged. If the product is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please provide your original receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a refund or exchange. This can be the original receipt, an order number, or a confirmation email.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
6. EXCHANGES
